Everday ,we have a lot of things we used to do, to take care of, to prioritize, to manage and to make, because that’s how our live’s work. Leaving from home in the morning and came back at night.
But oftentimes, due to our busyness, there’s one of the most important thing we forget. You end up thinking, “What happened to me? “, What makes me tired and down?” and got no answers at all. It makes your state worst and empty especially in dealing things you didn’t understand.
You supposed to tell people that close to yours about your situation, about how you feel, and what have you been struggling but prefer to be quiet because no one dares to understand you and that what’s your mind telling you.

But, people hear me out. Sometimes we need to put ourselves first, to prioritize and to take good care of ourselves especially our minds because it really matters.
